At 07.23.12 AEDT Bob Oatley's, Reichel/Pugh designed, 30.48m (100-foot) maxi Wild Oats XI crossed the Hobart finish line at the end of the 2012 Rolex Sydney Hobart, to take line honours in the 68th edition of the 628 nautical-mile race, and set a new race record in the process.
