OCEAN Independence LLC (OCEAN) has announced the appointment of Thom Conboy as its President of the Americas. Conboy and his team, consisting of Michael Bach, Chris Collins, Julien Elfenbein, Teddy Garsva, and Cheryl Toney, joined OCEAN as of 1st February 2015.
