Top quality ingredients and gastronomic choices include: Fresh fish from Greek fishing boats, such as sargos (white seabream), synagrida (dentex dentex), tsipoura (gilt-head bream), a variety of wild greens and vegetables from local farms, feta from Santorini island, honey from Kythera island, goat yogurt from Crete island, extra virgin olive oil from Olympia, the native of Olympic Games!
Wine, as an element of prior importance in the menu, is chosen from Greek mostly but also from international labels.

Inside the yacht the comfortable lounge adjoined to the spacious dining area and the two big screens is the focal point of meeting and relaxation with a panoramic view of the sea.
