Interior concept for Couach's 3800 Lounge explorer revealed, with features that bring the outside in
The interior concepts of the Couach 3800 Lounge, which was unveiled late last year as one of five new Couach ranges, have been revealed. The 38-metre yacht is the work of in-house designer Clement Carbonne, and much of the focus is on the open-plan salon-dining area, where floor-to-ceiling windows let light flood in.
The Couach 3800 Lounge’s beach club also features a glass door, which allows guests to use the space under way. “I think it’s a shame to propose a space dedicated just to bathing. The rest of the time it is ‘lost’; it is not used. The idea was to allow owners to maximise the beach club, both the bathing area and the lounge area. This place is now always accessible,” says Clement Carbonne.
The guest suites feature a dressing area, office space and large bathroom, while the master suite includes a private walk-out balcony. In the wheelhouse there’s a large lounge and independent galley, while on the flybridge there’s a wet-bar and kitchen station, Jacuzzi, lounging area and dining space. There are also two garages, for tenders and toys.
