Mondomarine spa has announced the acquisition of Cantieri di Pisa. The history of Cantieri di Pisa begun in 1945 in Limite sull’Arno and in 1956 the company moved to Darsena Pisana with a view to built larger boats. Mondomarine, which produces superyachts over 40 metres, has won the call for bids established by the Court of La Spezia
