Palmer Johnson to acquire Holland Jachtbouw facility
American yacht builder Palmer Johnson have announced that it will acquire the facilities of Holland Jachtbouw to establish itself in Europe. The news comes after the yard reported last month that it will be closing down its construction plant at its current Sturgeon Bay location and was set to move to an unconfirmed facility in the Netherlands
