Spindrift racing wins the 45th edition of Rolex Fastnet Race after having the crossed the finish line at 02.53 local time. It was a fiercly fought battle at close quarters right down to the wire against Spindrift 2's main rival, the maxi Trimaran Banque Populaire VII.
